The Store Supervisor is responsible for the overall effective, efficient, compliant, and safe operation of the Nauru Airlines Engineering (NAE) stores and tool cribs.

The role ensures all activities for the receipt, dispatch, and storage of aircraft components and materials at all NAE Part 145 stores are carried out in accordance with regulatory approvals and company procedures.

The Store Supervisor will lead and manage stores and tool crib personnel to ensure safety, effectiveness, and compliance, drive continuous improvement of staff and processes, and develop and manage logistics KPIs.

The role is responsible for managing inventory and procurement to meet operational and financial requirements, ensuring stores and tool crib facilities are maintained to a safe and compliant standard, and contributing to the strategy development and success of the division as part of the NAE Leadership Team.

The Store Supervisor must ensure:

Only NAE stores staff approved by the Quality Manager accept Aeronautical Product.

All incoming Aeronautical Product, tools, and commercial items conform to the Purchase Order.

Aeronautical Products, equipment, and calibrated tooling are received with appropriate and correct documentation.

Aeronautical Products, tooling, equipment, and commercial items are received free from damage and deterioration.

Aeronautical Product, equipment, and calibrated tooling are packaged, handled, stored, and transported in accordance with the Exposition.

Parts,



materials, tooling, and equipment with shelf life, service life, or special storage requirements are identified, verified, and stored in accordance with recommended conditions.

Tooling is issued and receipted from the Tool Crib.

Stores and tool crib operations are fully compliant with the Exposition, along with NAE procedures, policies, and work instructions.

The Store Supervisor must maintain a comprehensive knowledge of the Exposition, NAE procedures and work instructions, the Safety Management System, and Quality Management System Policies and Procedures.

The role requires completion of Goods Inwards Inspection Training, a positive working knowledge of the Logistics and Inventory Management System, understanding of CASA requirements relating to the supply of Aeronautical Products, and knowledge of company logistics procedures.

The Store Supervisor is required to comply with the company's Safety Management System (SMS) and Security Management System (SeMS), accepting and working to achieve collective responsibility for safety and correct use of SMS.

All tasks, procedures, and details specified in the Maintenance Organisation Exposition (MOE) and the Maintenance Manual (MM) are applicable and must be adhered to. Compliance with these documents is essential to ensure regulatory, operational, and safety standards are met in all aspects of the role.
