Live Electrical & Air Conditioning Pty Ltd as part of Live Services Group Pty Ltd is seeking a skilled and motivated Full-Time Service Coordinator to join our growing team, based across our Gold Coast office.

Skills & Experience:

- Previous experience in a similar role is essential.
- Experience using SimPRO preferred (not mandatory).
- Strong ability to multi-task and prioritise workload effectively.
- Experience liaising with builders, subcontractors, and other trades.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High level of attention to detail.
- Strong focus on ensuring completion of works.
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with clients and contractors.

About the Role:

- 8:00am – 4:00pm, Monday to Friday.
- Monitor and manage trade booking calendars.
- Monitor and order stock and materials as required.




- Schedule and coordinate all jobs, quotes, activities, and tasks.
- Assist Project Managers with day-to-day operational requirements.
- Effectively communicate with internal team, builders, trades, customers, and subcontractors.
- Respond to all enquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Remain adaptable and flexible to accommodate emergency works when required.

Training will be provided where necessary.
