Bright Minds Academy is seeking a new Lead Educator for our beautiful purpose-built facility!

- Must hold a current qualification – Diploma qualifications or Bachelor of Early Childhood Teaching (or equivalent)
- Knowledge of EYLF and NQS
- Experience in a Leadership position is beneficial
- A good sense of humour and a love for this industry which is more than just your standard "job" is a must.
- Current Working with Children Check
- Current First Aid and Child Safety Certificates (ACECQA approved)
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment
- An energetic, positive attitude and the drive for continual growth




- Australian work rights are required
