About the Role

This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced Warehouse Operator who enjoys taking ownership and pride in maintaining an organised, efficient and accurate warehouse operation.

Based at the Slacks Creek branch, you'll be responsible for the day-to-day management of warehouse operations including receipting stock, inventory control, order processing, dispatch and loading. Using modern warehouse technology including Microsoft Dynamics and handheld scanning devices, you'll ensure stock movements are accurately recorded and customer orders are processed efficiently.

This is a hands‑on role that combines physical warehouse activities with computer‑based inventory management and order processing. Approximately one day each week you'll also accompany the delivery driver to assist with customer deliveries, adding further variety to the role.

Key Responsibilities

Take full ownership of day‑to‑day warehouse operations

Receive, unload and accurately receipting incoming stock

Enter stock movements into the warehouse management system

Store products safely and efficiently

Load vehicles for daily deliveries

Operate forklift and hand pallet jack safely

Maintain accurate stock records using handheld scanners

Monitor inventory accuracy and report discrepancies

Assist with deliveries approximately one day per week

Maintain a clean, organised and safe warehouse environment

About You

We're looking for someone who enjoys being hands‑on while also appreciating the importance of systems, accuracy and organisation.

Ideally you will possess:

Demonstrated warehouse, stores and logistics experience

Current Forklift Licence with practical operating experience

Experience operating hand pallet jacks

Robust computer skills and confidence using CRM, ERP or warehouse management systems

Experience with Microsoft Dynamics will be highly regarded

Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracy

Strong organisational and time management skills

Ability to work independently and take ownership of your responsibilities

Positive attitude with a genuine team focus

Physically capable of safely undertaking manual handling duties
