Songbird is seeking a hands-on Home Lead to own our East Maitland homes, leading a dedicated team to deliver stability and outcomes for participants. This role involves leading on the floor (approx. 70/30) with strong focus on complex behaviour support and day-to-day site operations.

You will mentor staff, manage relationships with families and allied health professionals, and ensure a safe, supportive home workplace while coordinating rostering and compliance with our established team.
