We are looking for a switched on and dynamic casual bartender to work at our Hurricane's Grill & Bar at Bondi Beach.

Responsibilities

- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beers, and wines, following recipes and standards.
- Engage with customers, recommending drinks and providing excellent service at the bar.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization behind the bar, ensuring all supplies are stocked and equipment is functioning properly.
- Uphold responsible alcohol service practices, monitoring guest consumption and intervening when necessary.

Requirements and Experience

- Experience in classic cocktails is a must, as is availability to work on weekends.
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar,



high-paced restaurant/ bar.
- Strong knowledge and proven experience in preparing classic cocktails.
- Robust self-motivation, energy, and enthusiasm.
- Collaborative team spirit.
- Proficient time management aptitude.
- Please note that you will be required to work a mixture of weekdays ,weekends & Public Holidays.
