We're looking for a hands‑on all‑rounder to look after our Mackay property. If you can paint, patch, fix and problem‑solve — and you like variety instead of doing the same job twice — this one's for you.

What you'll be doing
General repairs across guest rooms, common areas and the building
Painting, plastering and basic carpentry
Running a preventative maintenance schedule and regular inspections
Coordinating outside contractors and checking their work is up to scratch
Keeping guests and staff in the loop on maintenance progress
What you'll bring
Hands‑on trade or handyperson experience (hospitality experience a bonus, not a must)
An eye for detail and pride in a job done properly
Reliability, punctuality and a calm head under pressure
Good communication — you'll deal with guests, staff and contractors
