Bluebird Early Education Bexley is a beautiful, purpose-built early learning centre designed to provide high-quality care and education in a warm and nurturing environment. Our centre features six thoughtfully designed studios, each tailored to support children at different stages of their development, creating a seamless and supportive learning journey from infancy through to preschool.

At Bluebird Bexley, we offer a range of services focused on supporting both children and families. Our play-based educational programs are carefully planned to promote children’s social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development, while aligning with the Early Years Learning Framework. Across all six studios, we provide consistent, engaging programs that encourage curiosity, independence, and a lifelong love of learning.

Our High-Quality Educational Curriculum is designed to be child-led, holistic, and enjoyable. In our creatively designed studios, we trust in a child's innate ability to explore and discover the world around them. Our dedicated Educators take pride in crafting exciting and innovative experiences that naturally captivate children's curiosity.

Join our Bluebird Bexley team as an Inclusion Support Educator, where you’ll play a vital role in supporting children to reach their full potential. Permanent part time positions of up to 25 hours per week.

18 hours per week (Wednesday, Thursday and Friday)





22 hours per week (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday)

25 hours per week (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday)

Required Qualifications & Skills:

- Certificate III or Diploma in Early Education & Care
- Current Working with Children Check
- Current First Aid with CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certificate of willingness to obtain these.
- Current Mandatory Reporting and Child Protection certificates or willing to obtain these.
- Current Safe Sleep and Food Handling certificates or willing to obtain these.
- A motivated member able to work well in a team and independently.
- Passionate about providing exceeding early education and care.
