Due to continued project growth, a Tier 1 contractor is seeking a Contract Administrator to join their commercial team on a landmark Highrise development on the Gold Coast.
This opportunity will provide mentorship from industry-leading professionals while giving you exposure to a complex, large-scale project environment.
This is not a Senior role but make no mistake this is a world-class project with an elite team and will require prior experience on a fast paced Highrise project working with professional head contractors. This is not an opportunity to start your CA journey or for a Junior CA looking for Highrise experience.
This role will see you taking on your own package of work within a high performing team. You will have the support of a more experienced Senior CA and an outstanding PM but you will also be required to add value from the outset and make your mark within this outstanding team of professionals.
Your Role

Your Responsibilities
- Assist with subcontract procurement and tendering
- Prepare and administer subcontract packages
- Assess progress claims and variations
- Monitor project costs and budgets
- Support financial forecasting and reporting
- Work closely with Project Managers and Senior Contract Administrators
Your Experience
- 5+ years' experience as a Contract Administrator
- Construction Management qualification or similar
- Strong communication and commercial acumen
- Ability to build relationships with subcontractors and stakeholders
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
