Based in Brisbane, this is a hands-on, field-based technical service role where you'll provide top-tier customer service and technical support

About Role:

- Performing scheduled maintenance of Medical and Theatre Equipment
- Install, commission, and optimise current equipment and systems
- Diagnose faults and perform preventative and corrective maintenance
- Provide responsive breakdown support through a rotating on-call roster
- Manage spare parts inventory to ensure service readiness and availability
- Deliver customer service and technical support across client sites

About You:

- Mandatory QLD Electrical Work Licence or current QLD Restricted Electrical Work Licence
- Ideally 2 years' experience in fault diagnosis and repair
- Strong mechanical/electrical aptitude and technical troubleshooting skills
- Ability to interpret technical manuals and schematics
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Valid driver's license
- Willingness to travel and visit customer site
