Multiple Line Markers Required - Management Opportunity

Express Line Marking is seeking experienced and reliable Line Markers to join our team on a full-time basis in Heathwood, QLD 4110. This is a hands-on position that plays a crucial role in our operations, ensuring that all line marking work is completed to the highest standards of safety, accuracy and professionalism. As a Line Marker, you will be responsible for applying line marking to various surfaces, including carparks, warehouses and smaller road jobs. This role is essential to our service delivery and directly impacts client satisfaction and safety compliance.

We have supervisory/management opportunities opening this year and career progression off the tools is a real possibility for those with the ability to train and manage staff to a high standard.

Key responsibilities

- Prepare surfaces and apply line marking using specialised equipment and materials to roads, carparks, warehouses and commercial properties
- Operate line marking machinery and tools safely and efficiently, maintaining equipment in good working order
- Measure and mark out areas accurately according to specifications and client requirements
- Ensure all work meets industry standards, safety regulations and quality expectations
- Follow health and safety protocols at all times
- Work efficiently to meet project deadlines
- Communicate effectively with team members and customers to ensure work is completed as planned
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment on job sites
- Assist with loading and unloading equipment and materials





What we're looking for

- Proven experience as a Line Marker
- Competency in operating line marking equipment
- Solid attention to detail and ability to work accurately to specifications
- Physical fitness and ability to work outdoors
- Current First Aid certification or willingness to obtain it
- Understanding of health and safety regulations relevant to construction and line marking work
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable and punctual attendance
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
