Perched on the easternmost tip of Manly with uninterrupted wraparound views of Moreton Bay, Manly Boathouse is a venue like no other. With a bustling restaurant, event spaces, café, patisserie and Fish & Chippery, there's never a dull moment.

As we prepare to open an exciting current venue, we're looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our leadership team. This is a unique chance to immerse yourself in Manly Boathouse, work alongside our established management team, and play a key role in shaping the systems, culture and service standards that will launch our next chapter.

Over the coming months, you'll lead within our existing restaurant, building relationships with the team, refining operational processes, developing future leaders and helping prepare for a seamless transition into the new venue.

We're looking for someone who loves being on the floor, thrives in busy services and knows how to create a culture where both guests and staff genuinely enjoy themselves. You'll work closely with our senior leadership team and have the opportunity to leave your mark on one of Brisbane's most exciting hospitality openings.
