Who are we looking for?
We are seeking a Accreditations Manager to join Faculty Operations, Faculty of Business and Law.
The Accreditations Manager is responsible for coordinating and supporting the Faculty of Business and Law’s accreditation and quality assurance activities, including the maintenance of the Faculty’s triple crown accreditations (AACSB, EQUIS and AMBA) and relevant qualified accreditations across business, property economics and law disciplines. Reporting to the Director of Operations, the role works closely with the Executive Dean, the Associate Deans, Heads of School, the Director Curriculum and Academic Programs, Course Coordinators, MBA Director and academic leaders across the Faculty to ensure accreditation requirements are understood, coordinated and implemented effectively.

What You Need To Succeed
- Education, training and/or relevant experience equivalent to completion of a degree with substantial experience in accreditation, quality assurance, or academic program administration within a higher education environment.
- Demonstrated experience supporting accreditation or quality assurance processes, with a strong understanding of relevant frameworks (e.g. AACSB, EQUIS, AMBA or discipline-based professional accreditations).
- Highly developed analytical and organisational skills, including the ability to collect, manage and interpret complex data and documentation to support accreditation, reporting and continuous improvement.
- Excellent written communication skills with demonstrated ability to prepare high-quality reports, submissions, briefing materials and accreditation documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
- Highly developed interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills, including the ability to build effective relationships, influence academic and professional staff, and work collaboratively with external accreditation bodies.
- Demonstrated project coordination capability, including managing competing priorities, meeting strict reporting deadlines,
and identifying and implementing continuous improvement initiatives in quality assurance or accreditation environments.
- Demonstrated commitment to equity, diversity and Indigenous Australian engagement.
