- Lead the implementation, configuration and enterprise-wide adoption of Git Lab Ultimate.
- Design, develop and optimise enterprise CI/CD pipelines and reusable pipeline templates.
- Build and maintain enterprise "golden pipelines" to standardise software delivery.
- Design and support Git Lab Runner infrastructure across enterprise environments.
- Embed Dev SecOps capabilities including SAST, DAST, Dependency, Container and Secret Scanning.
- Develop automation that improves developer productivity and deployment consistency.
- Work closely with Git Lab Professional Services during implementation and knowledge transfer.
- Collaborate with development, cloud, infrastructure and security teams to drive platform adoption.
- Provide technical leadership and best practice guidance across engineering teams.
- Contribute to the ongoing evolution of the organisation's Dev Ops and software delivery capability.

Key Responsibilities

Skills & Experience

- Strong hands-on experience with Git Lab Enterprise or Git Lab Ultimate.
- Proven experience implementing and administering Git Lab within enterprise environments.
- Extensive experience designing and maintaining Git Lab CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong understanding of Git Lab Runners, shared runners and enterprise runner architecture.
- Experience implementing GitLab DevSec Ops features including:
- SAST
- DAST
- Dependency Scanning
- Secret Detection
- Container Scanning

- Experience integrating Git Lab with cloud platforms, infrastructure and enterprise tooling.
- Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible or similar) is highly regarded.
- Experience with Kubernetes, Docker or containerised platforms is advantageous.
- Solid stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to influence technical teams.
- Experience working within large enterprise or complex technology environments.
