Needus is seeking an experienced Change Lead to support a large-scale cybersecurity uplift program within a major NSW Government organisation. This role focuses on people-centred change, adoption of recent technologies and strategic guidance to senior stakeholders.

Working with program leadership, technical teams and business units, you will develop change strategies, run readiness activities and measure adoption outcomes to ensure successful delivery and lasting capability.
