We are seeking a skilled HRIS Data Analyst with proven experience in SAP Success Factors and advanced Excel skills. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented qualified who is passionate about data quality, HR reporting, and delivering insights that support informed business decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain HR data in SAP Success Factors, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and quality through cleansing, validation, and reconciliation activities.
- Analyse HR data and develop reports, dashboards, and workforce analytics using SAP Success Factors and advanced Excel to support business decision-making.
- Support HR systems through maintenance, testing, upgrades, data migration, and continuous improvement initiatives while identifying and resolving data quality issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data consistency, document reporting processes and standards, and provide support for HR reporting and data-related queries.
Key Requirements
- 5+ Years experience as Data Analyst within HRIS/HCM project environment
- Solid SAP Success Factors experience
- Skilled in data management and data cleaning
- Strong excel knowledge and skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
