Functional Analyst – SAP EAM (Enterprise Asset Management)

We are looking for an experienced Functional Analyst – SAP EAM to join a leading enterprise technology team supporting large-scale SAP transformation initiatives

Key Responsibilities:

- Gather and analyze business requirements for SAP EAM enhancements and change requests.
- Design and configure end-to-end SAP EAM processes including Notification Management, Work Orders, Planning, Scheduling, Execution, and Reporting.
- Support SAP S/4HANA landscape migration and upgrade projects.
- Configure and optimize SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) functionality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Finance, Procurement, Inventory Management, and HSE.
- Prepare functional specifications, solution design documents, and business process flows.
- Conduct Unit Testing, Integration Testing, and UAT activities.




- Support continuous improvement initiatives and knowledge transfer activities.

Required Skills & Experience:

- Solid experience in SAP EAM / Plant Maintenance (PM).
- Proven track record delivering end-to-end SAP transformation projects.
- Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA (On-Premise and RISE environments).
- Expertise in SAP EAM process design, configuration, and solution architecture.
- Experience with SAP Fiori applications and EAM integrations.
- Strong understanding of SAP FI/CO, MM, and Inventory Management integration points.
- Experience working within Agile methodologies.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
