We’re looking for an experienced Finance Manager to own the group-wide topline financials (Revenue, Cost of Sales, Margins and related working capital) across NRI.
The Opportunity
You’ll lead the Billing & Accounts Receivable and Topline Financial Accounting teams, drive accurate and timely month-end close and group reporting, and deliver clear, insightful topline financial information that supports decision‑making across the business. You’ll also strengthen governance, controls and process efficiency while partnering closely with stakeholders onshore and offshore.
Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end contract-to-revenue recognition, billing, collections and Cost of Sales recording
- Lead monthly, quarterly and annual close processes for topline financials and ensure timely Group reporting submissions
- Maintain strong financial controls, support internal/external audits (including JSOX) and continuously improve accounting policies and processes
- Provide ownership of revenue, CoS, gross/contribution margin, contract assets & liabilities analysis and reporting
- Oversee the sales-order-to-cash process and customer billing operations
- Drive process optimisation, automation and effective use of ERP systems
- Lead, coach and develop the accounting team across onshore and offshore locations
- Act as a trusted finance partner to business stakeholders and NRI Tokyo
About You
- CA or CPA qualified with 7+ years’ post‑qualification experience in financial accounting or controllership
- Experience in a listed company, multinational or complex group finance setting (Big Four and/or IT services experience advantageous)
- Proven ability to manage or partner with offshore finance teams
- Strong technical accounting knowledge, particularly revenue recognition in a multi‑entity setting
- Experience with month-end close, consolidation, audit management and financial controls
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills and a strong analytical mindset
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels
- Self‑motivated, proactive and comfortable working in a fast‑paced, geographically dispersed environment
