Brief Description
CV Media & Signage delivers high-quality signage solutions for commercial, government and major infrastructure projects across Brisbane, Sydney and Melbourne. We're looking for a hands‑on Project Manager to oversee the successful delivery of projects from concept through to installation, working closely with clients, suppliers, production teams and installers to bring projects to life.
This is a great opportunity to join a collaborative team and work on a diverse range of signage projects where no two days are the same.
What You'll Be Doing
- Managing signage projects from sales handover through to completion
- Reviewing project scopes, drawings, specifications and client requirements
- Developing project schedules and ensuring key milestones are achieved
- Coordinating design, artwork, manufacturing and installation activities
- Liaising with clients, subcontractors, suppliers and internal stakeholders
- Managing project budgets, variations and commercial outcomes
- Attending client meetings and site visits as required
- Identifying and mitigating project risks
- Maintaining project documentation and reporting
- Ensuring projects are delivered safely on time and to a high standard
About You
- Previous experience in project management within signage, shopfitting, construction, manufacturing or a related industry
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Commercially minded with experience managing budgets and project timelines
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Able to read and interpret drawings and project documentation
- Solutions-focused with strong attention to detail
- Current Australian Driver's Licence
- Construction White Card (or willingness to obtain)
