A brand new fitness facility is coming soon, and we’re building an energetic, passionate team to bring it to life! We’re searching for a high performing Club Manager to lead the launch and day-to-day operations of our brand new fitness facility, opening soon.

This is a full time leadership role suited to an experienced Manager who thrives in a fast paced, customer focused environment and is excited to build a strong, successful club from the ground up.

Your Responsibilities

- Manage the daily operations of the club
- Lead, mentor, and inspire the team
- Consistently deliver an exceptional member experience
- Develop and execute social media and marketing initiatives
- Drive membership growth and meet key performance targets
- Build strong local partnerships through community engagement
- Maintain a safe,



clean, and high-quality facility
- Ensure full compliance with franchise guidelines and WHS/OHS requirements

What We’re Looking For

- 1+ years experience in a Leadership or management experience
- Confident communicator with strong customer service skills
- Results-driven and proactive attitude
- Passion for fitness and helping others reach their goals
- Organised, adaptable, and ready to take ownership
- Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire, coach, and motivate a team

Requirements

- Current First Aid & CPR certification
- Valid Working With Children Check (WWCC)
