The role

This is a hands-on, all-rounder digital marketing role for someone who loves the work and loves the win. You will be in the platforms daily, close to the performance data, and trusted to drive campaign success across a varied portfolio of clients we genuinely care about. You will manage advertising and SEO for a wide range of clients, hand in hand with strategy directors and our happiness manager.

What you'll do

- Build, launch and optimise Google Ads and Meta (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns

- Support SEO across on-page, technical and content optimisation

- Create and schedule Meta ads that stop the scroll to test against current ads across all client accounts

- Pull together clear,



honest monthly client reports and spot the next opportunity

- Keep campaigns healthy day to day, close to the numbers and quick to act

- Work alongside the squad on strategy, creative

- Lead client communication

- Bring fresh ideas to the table

Does This Role Suit You?

- A marketing, communications or related degree (or equivalent hands-on experience)

- Hands-on experience with Google Ads and/or Meta Ads Manager (2+ years)

- A working understanding of SEO (2+ years)

- Sharp copywriting and an eye for clean, on-brand design

- Robust organisation, ownership and attention to detail

- Warm, candid communication; we value humans who are easy to work with

- Ability to educate & advise clients in a warm friendly manner
