We’re partnered with a well-run Brisbane agency that’s growing its Property Management team and is open to a range of experience levels, from Assistant Property Managers right through to Senior Property Managers.

The business has robust systems, experienced leadership and dedicated support in place, so you’re not expected to do absolutely everything yourself. There’s also work-from-home flexibility available, giving you a bit more balance without losing the support of a great office and team around you.

The role

Depending on your experience, you could be stepping into an Assistant PM position, managing your own portfolio, or joining at Senior PM level.

Portfolio sizes vary from approximately 140 to 250 properties, depending on the role, your experience and the level of support around you.

You’ll be working within an established team with great systems behind you and support across routines, entry and exit reports, leasing and administration.

For experienced PMs, there’s plenty of autonomy without the micromanagement. For those earlier in their career, there’s genuine support and progression to help you build towards managing your own portfolio and moving into more senior positions.

Day to day could include

- Managing landlord and tenant relationships
- Portfolio management




- Maintenance and trade coordination
- Routine inspections and entry/exit reports
- Leasing support where required
- Keeping properties compliant and running smoothly
- Working alongside an experienced and supportive team

Your responsibilities will naturally depend on your level of experience; you’re not expected to walk in knowing everything.

What we’re looking for

We’re open on experience, you might be an Assistant PM looking for your next step, already managing a portfolio, or a seasoned Senior PM looking for a business that gives you the systems and support to actually do your job properly.

What matters most is that you’re proactive, organised, communicate well and genuinely enjoy working with people.

You’ll also need a QLD Certificate of Registration or Licence and a current driver’s licence.
