Chiropractic Assistant / Tech CA (Casual)

Adjust to Life Chiropractic is looking for an energetic Chiropractic Assistant (CA) / Tech CA with a can-do attitude. Located in the heart of Beerwah, we are a busy chiropractic clinic that has been proudly caring for our local community for nearly 14 years. This position is ideal for you if you:

KEY POINTS

Casual position, 15-25 hours per week. Availability is required Monday to Friday, with an occasional Saturday shift (approximately 3–4 hours). Where a Saturday shift is worked, an equivalent weekday shift may be dropped if required.

Ability to pick up extra shifts (38 hours maximum) to cover team members who are sick or on leave.

Availability early mornings and afternoon / evenings. Full days are split into 2 shifts: 7am - 11:30am, break for lunch, then 1:30pm - 7pm (latest). 1 hour minimum break during full days.





Ability to connect with people from all walks of life and of all ages.

Passion surrounding health and helping people.

Confidence with social media and posting relevant content.

This role suits someone with consistent, flexible availability. If study or other major commitments limit when you can work, this probably isn't the right fit.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Chiropractor support - you will be the right hand of our chiropractors. You will communicate with patients on advice from our chiropractors.

Confidently communicate with patients about finances and future chiropractic care, gather information during patients' consultations and re-examinations.

Assisting chiropractors with setting up postural photos and x-rays.

Chiropractic reports and admin of care recommendations.

Implementation of office policies and patient education.

Willingness to help create positive energy within our space.

Promotion of services, workshops and products.





Managing the digital appointment book and corresponding with clients face-to-face, over the phone and via email.

Ensuring the presentation of the practice is impeccable.

Managing the waiting room, and preparation of the adjusting rooms prior to clients arriving.

Digital filing and organising of client records.

Working alongside busy chiropractors and fulfilling a number of chiropractic-specific roles.

Providing education and support to patients around chiropractic care.

Post educational and promotional material on social media (Instagram and Facebook).

Extensive training and support will be provided for the Chiropractic Assistant (CA) / Tech CA role. Social media experience is required, however. You are not expected to have experience in the Chiropractic Assistant (CA) / Tech CA role, although this is a bonus. A background working in similar environments is advantageous.
