We are an established, OT-led paediatric clinic based in Buderim on the beautiful Sunshine Coast. Our team works collaboratively to deliver meaningful, family-centred support while providing clinicians with the mentoring, flexibility and opportunities they need to develop.

This opportunity may suit an experienced paediatric OT or an early-career therapist with strong paediatric placement experience and a genuine interest in working with children and families.

Depending on your role and caseload, options may include:

- Full-time employment

- A nine-day fortnight

- Adaptable start and finish times

- A combination of clinic, community and work-from-home tasks

- Support to balance work with family life and personal commitments

And, of course, you will be working only minutes from some of the Sunshine Coast’s best beaches, walking tracks and cafés.

Competitive remuneration and relocation support

We offer a competitive salary of $85,000–$100,000 + superannuation, negotiated according to your experience and the value you bring to the team.

Relocation assistance may also be available for the right applicant moving to the Sunshine Coast.

You will be provided with the technology and resources you need, including a laptop, iPad, therapy materials and streamlined clinical and administrative systems.

Our Client Support Team assists with bookings, scheduling, invoicing and general administration so you can focus on high-quality clinical work.

What will the role involve?

As a Paediatric Occupational Therapist, you will:

- Complete play-based and functional assessments for children and adolescents aged 0–18

- Deliver evidence-informed, family-centred occupational therapy interventions

- Develop individualised therapy plans aligned with each child’s goals

- Support children across clinic, home, school and community environments

- Work collaboratively with parents, educators, therapy assistants and other professionals

- Assist families to understand and navigate the NDIS and broader support systems

- Participate in regular supervision, mentoring, in‑services and team training

- Maintain clear, timely and high-quality clinical documentation

- Contribute to optional group programs, community initiatives and service development projects

You may be a great fit if you:

- Hold a recognised Occupational Therapy qualification





- Have current registration with AHPRA

- Have two or more years of occupational therapy experience; however, we welcome applications from clinicians at all career stages and are focused on finding the right fit for our team

- Are warm, collaborative and respectful in your work with children, families and colleagues

- Value neurodiversity-affirming and family-centred practice

- Are curious, reflective and open to feedback

- Demonstrate initiative while also knowing when to seek guidance

- Want to continue developing your clinical skills and professional confidence

Early-career occupational therapists with strong paediatric placement experience are also encouraged to apply.
