About the role

This is a genuine sales role for someone who loves connecting with people and helpingfamilies make one of the most important decisions of their lives: how to care for someone they love at home. You will be the first point of contact for new clients and their families, guiding them through their home care options, answering their questions with warmth and clarity, and helping them get set up quickly so care can start. It is meaningful work with real earning potential attached.

Whatyou will be doing

- Responding to enquiries from prospective clients and their families, by phone and in person
- Explaining home care options clearly and helping people choose what is right for them
- Signing up new clients and making the onboarding experience smooth and reassuring
- Building relationships with referrers such as hospitals, GPs and community groups
- Keeping accurate records and hitting your monthly client targets





What you will bring

- A warm, confident and genuine manner with people, especially older Australians and their families
- A track record in sales, customer service, community care or a related field
- Self motivation and the drive to hit and beat targets
- Strong organisation and follow through, so no lead goes cold
- A current driver's license and the right to work in Australia
- Empathy and patience. This is care, not just a numbers game

What is on offer

We reward performance properly and we do not cap it.

- Base salary of $80,000 to $90,000 plus superannuation , depending on experience
- Commission of $100 for every new client you sign above 25 per month , uncapped
- Realistic on-target earnings of $120,000+ , with our top performers earning $150,000 and beyond
- The first 25 clients a month are covered by your base, so your commission is genuine upside on top of a secure salary

To put that in perspective: a solid month of around 45 to 50 new clients puts you comfortably over $120,000, and strong months push well past that. There is no ceiling on what you can earn.
