About The Role

As an Educational Leader, you’ll play a key role in driving quality practice across the campus by:

- Mentoring and supporting educators to deliver high‑quality educational programs
- Collaborating with the Campus Director and leadership team to strengthen curriculum and pedagogy
- Supporting educators through reflection, coaching and professional growth
- Building strong, positive relationships with families and the wider community




- Inspiring a culture of continuous improvement and curiosity

About You

- A Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or an Early Childhood Teacher (ECT) qualification
- 1–2 years leadership experience as an Educational Leader, Room Leader or similar role
- A passion for mentoring and supporting educators
- Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
- A commitment to high‑quality early childhood education and care
