Australian Wildlife Conservancy (AWC) seeks a Senior Land Management Officer to lead land management activities at Brooklyn Wildlife Sanctuary in NSW. You will work with the Sanctuary Manager and Science team to design, implement, and measure conservation outcomes, and supervise staff, volunteers, and contractors.

The role requires exceptional planning, staff leadership, and hands-on experience in fire management, weed and feral animal control, asset maintenance, and road and fencing projects.
