About the Role
As our Estimator & Operations Coordinator, you'll be responsible for preparing accurate quotations and coordinating awarded projects through to completion. Working alongside our administration team, you'll help ensure jobs are planned efficiently, materials are ordered and projects are ready for our technicians to deliver.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer enquiries and determine project requirements
Prepare accurate quotations for electrical projects across residential, commercial and industrial sectors
Review plans, specifications, tender documentation and customer requirements
Conduct site visits where required
Liaise with customers and suppliers throughout the quoting process
Source products and obtain supplier pricing
Prepare quotations for solar and air conditioning projects (training provided where required)
Follow up quotations with customers
Project Coordination & Planning
Coordinate awarded projects from quotation through to completion
Work with our administration team to plan and schedule projects into the workflow
Order materials and equipment to ensure projects are ready to commence on time
Work collaboratively with the office and field teams to keep projects running smoothly
Assist with solar compliance documentation and submissions to network providers such as Essential Energy (training provided)
About You
Previous experience in estimating or within the electrical industry is preferred
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
Excellent communication skills and confidence liaising with customers, suppliers and team members
A proactive problem-solver with strong attention to detail
A current driver's licence
