Refinery Plant Operator - Canola Crushing and Refinery Mill

7 x 12-hour shifts per fortnight | Full training provided | Major expansion underway

MSM Milling is Australia's leading family-owned integrated oilseed crushing, refining, packing and feed milling business based in Manildra, NSW.

We're growing rapidly through major investment and expansion and we're looking for motivated people to join our Crushing and Refinery Operations team.

No previous oil refining experience? That's okay.

If you've worked in manufacturing, production, agriculture, mining, transport, warehousing, trades or operating machinery and enjoy hands-on work, we can teach you the rest.

What you'll be doing:

- Operating and monitoring plant equipment used in seed crushing and oil refining.




- Using the control room automation system to monitor and adjust plant performance.
- Conducting routine inspections and checks across the plant.
- Identifying and reporting equipment issues.
- Assisting with shutdowns, cleaning and maintenance activities.
- Working safely and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

We're looking for people who:

- Have a strong commitment to safety.
- Enjoy practical, hands‑on work.
- Can work well in a team environment.
- Are willing to learn new skills and processes.
- Are comfortable working a rotating day/night roster.
- Have experience in manufacturing, agriculture, mining, warehousing, transport or similar industries (preferred but not essential).
