About the Role

As Duty Manager,



you'll play a key role in the day-to-day operation of the hotel, leading and supporting our team to deliver exceptional customer service across all areas of the business.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Leading daily venue operations
- Supervising and developing team members
- Delivering exceptional customer service
- Ensuring compliance with liquor, gaming and workplace procedures
- Maintaining high presentation and operational standards
- Assisting with opening, closing and cash management procedures
- Supporting the leadership team to achieve operational and financial objectives

You’ll gain exposure across all areas of the venue, including:

- Functions

About You

You are an enthusiastic hospitality professional who leads by example and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.

You will have:

- Previous Duty Manager or hospitality leadership experience in a busy hotel or licensed venue
- Outstanding customer service and communication skills
- Strong leadership and people management abilities
- A positive, hands-on attitude with excellent problem-solving skills
- The ability to remain calm and organised under pressure
- Gaming experience (highly regarded)

Essential Requirements

- Current RMLV Certificate
- Current RSG Certificate
- Availability to work a rotating roster, including nights and weekends
- Approved Manager's Licence (desirable)
