About the Role

As Senior Communications Manager, you'll lead integrated communications strategies across a portfolio of high-profile clients, combining earned media, influencer engagement, partnerships, events, digital communications and brand storytelling.

You'll balance strategic leadership with hands-on execution, guiding client relationships while mentoring a talented team and contributing to Catinella's continued growth.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys thinking big, building strong relationships and delivering campaigns that are both creatively ambitious and commercially effective.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead strategic communications across key client accounts, ensuring exceptional service and measurable business outcomes.
- Develop integrated PR,



communications and influencer strategies that build brand awareness and cultural relevance.
- Manage premium client relationships, acting as a trusted strategic advisor.
- Lead campaign planning and execution across earned media, partnerships, events, influencer marketing and digital communications.
- Translate consumer insights, industry trends and cultural moments into impactful communications strategies.
- Identify opportunities for new business growth within existing and prospective clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with media, influencers, industry partners and key stakeholders.
- Mentor, coach and inspire junior team members, creating a collaborative, high-performing culture.
- Represent Catinella within the industry through networking opportunities, events and thought leadership.
- Ensure campaigns are delivered on time, on budget and exceed client expectations.

About You

You'll bring both strategic thinking and exceptional execution, along with the confidence to lead conversations at the highest level.

You'll have:

- 6+ years' experience in public relations, communications or integrated marketing, ideally within an agency environment.
- Experience managing premium, lifestyle, fashion, beauty, luxury or consumer brands.
- Outstanding media and industry relationships.




- Proven success developing and executing integrated communications campaigns.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to identify opportunities for client growth.
- Exceptional written, presentation and client management skills.
- Experience leading, mentoring and developing teams.
- Confidence presenting ideas and influencing senior stakeholders.
- Excellent organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
