The Role:

- Lead,mentorand manage the Maintenance Team to deliver high-quality maintenance outcomes;
- Plan,coordinateand oversee preventative and reactive maintenance across multiple buildings and facilities;
- Manage contractors and suppliers across services including cleaning, grounds,securityand catering;
- Provide logistical and operational support for school activities,eventsand projects;
- Contribute building,constructionand asset managementexpertiseto minor and major projects; and
- Managing a busylive-site, this role is hands on and will offer variety day to day.

The Ideal Candidate:

- Trade or tertiary qualifications in building,



construction or related fields are an essential requirement;
- Provenexperience in building ormaintenancemanagement;
- Leadership experience as amanager,foremanor equivalent, with the ability to motivate and develop a small team;
- Experience working in a multi-building, campus or school/university workplace is highly desirable; and
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to guide a team and interact with everyone from suppliers to students.

As this role is on a school campus, the successful candidate willbe requiredto complete a ‘Working with Children Check’
