We’re currently looking for a full-time Graduate Migration Agent or Migration Assistant to join our Brisbane office. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone currently studying, recently graduated, or newly registered as a Migration Agent who is looking to grow their career in Australian migration law.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Assist with preparing, lodging, and managing visa and citizenship applications
- Support and collaborate with our Principal Migration Agents
- Provide timely and accurate advice to clients on visa options and eligibility
- Manage case files, documentation, and client records
- Liaise with the Department of Home Affairs and other authorities
- Deliver high-quality client service in a fast-paced environment
What We’re Looking For
- Currently studying, recently graduated, or newly registered as an RMA
- Strong interest in Australian immigration and migration law
- Knowledge of visa types and the migration process
- Excellent attention to detail and written communication skills
- Strong time management and ability to meet deadlines
- Fast learner with the ability to quickly understand new procedures and instructions
- Proactive, adaptable and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential
