McArthur Recruitment is currently partnering with a well-established Early Learning Centre located in Fletcher, NSW, seeking an experienced and passionate Centre Director to lead their team and oversee the day-to-day operations of a thriving service.

This is an exciting opportunity for a strong leader who is passionate about early childhood education and enjoys mentoring teams, building strong relationships with families, and maintaining high-quality standards within a supportive community environment.

About the Role

As the Centre Director, you will be responsible for the overall leadership and management of the service. You will work closely with educators, families, and the wider community to ensure the centre continues to deliver high-quality care and education in line with the National Quality Framework.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide strong leadership, guidance, and support to the centre team
- Oversee daily operations of the service and ensure smooth centre management
- Maintain compliance with the Education and Care Services National Regulations and NQS
- Foster strong relationships with families, staff, and the local community




- Lead and mentor educators to support professional development and team engagement
- Manage administrative and operational requirements including rosters, enrolments, and centre performance

About You

- Diploma or Bachelor qualification in Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
- Previous Centre Director or leadership experience within an early childhood setting
- Strong knowledge of the National Quality Framework, EYLF and Regulations
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
- Current Working With Children Check (NSW)
- Current First Aid, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certifications
