About the role

We’re hiring a Planner to join our Operations team. This is a unique opportunity to be at the heart of the business, coordinating our Service Technicians’ schedules, managing customer requests, and collaborating across Sales, Service, and Operations to deliver an exceptional experience.

What you’ll do:

- Plan and optimise daily routes and schedules for our Service Technicians




- Coordinate with customers to ensure timely and efficient service delivery
- Collaborate with Sales, Service, and Operations teams to balance workload and priorities
- Build strong, lasting relationships with internal teams and customers
- Use data and planning tools to continuously improve scheduling efficiency
