About the Role
- Assist in the manufacture and assembly of custom joinery.
- Operate CNC machinery (training provided where required).
- Edge panels and assist with machining.
- Assemble cabinetry and prepare jobs for installation.
- Work alongside experienced cabinet makers to develop your skills.
- Has some experience in cabinet making or a joinery factory.
- Has been exposed to CNC machining, edgebanding, assembly, or similar factory work.
- Takes pride in their work and has good attention to detail.
- Is reliable, punctual, and eager to learn.
- Wants to grow within the company and build a long-term career.
