ABOUT THE ROLE
Matthew Flinders Anglican College is seeking an experienced and engaging French Teacher to join our Secondary School from the commencement of the 2027 academic year.
This position will initially comprise a 0.4 FTE teaching load. Depending on the successful applicant’s other teaching areas and the College’s staffing requirements, there may be an opportunity to increase the position up to full-time.
We are seeking a teacher with strong French language knowledge who can deliver engaging and well-structured learning experiences, build positive relationships with students and contribute to the broader life of the College.

The successful applicant will be a collaborative colleague who maintains high professional standards and is committed to supporting the learning, wellbeing and achievement of their students. Experience teaching Senior French within a Secondary School environment and a sound understanding of the relevant Queensland curriculum and assessment requirements will be highly regarded.
Applicants must hold, or be eligible to hold, current registration with the Queensland College of Teachers.
