Casual Solar Appointment Setter – $42/hr + Commission | 3pm–8pm

Location: Burleigh Heads

Working hours: 3pm–8pm | 3–5 weekday shifts

Office based

$42 per hour + super + uncapped commission

We’re hiring two casual appointment setters to join our Burleigh Heads team.

You’ll primarily speak with warm solar and battery enquiries, along with following up older leads and carrying out some outbound prospecting when required.

Your job is to:

- Get customers on the phone.
- Control the conversation.
- Handle objections.
- Book properly qualified appointments.

We don’t want someone who reads a script and books rubbish just to hit a number.

We want someone confident, sharp and motivated by results.

The Role

- Calling warm solar and battery enquiries
- Responding quickly to fresh inbound leads
- Following up older and unanswered enquiries
- Carrying out outbound prospecting when required
- Booking qualified in-home consultations
- Handling objections confidently
- Collecting power bills and qualifying customers
- Confirming appointments and setting expectations
- Following up by phone, SMS and email
- Keeping CRM notes accurate
- Working closely with our sales team

You’ll mainly speak with South East Queensland homeowners after work, while also covering Western Australian customers during normal daytime hours.

This is one of the strongest calling windows in the business.

Hours

- 3pm–8pm, Monday to Friday
- 3–5 shifts per week
- Approximately 15–25 hours




- Additional shifts available based on performance and business needs

Pay

- $42 per hour
- Super paid on top
- Uncapped commission
- Weekly performance incentives
- Chance to move into permanent part-time or full time work

You’ll receive a strong hourly rate, but you’ll also be expected to perform.

The better your appointment quality and sales results, the more you can earn.

- Can control a conversation without sounding pushy
- Handle objections without getting flustered
- Are competitive and motivated by targets
- Have appointment-setting, phone-sales or outbound-calling experience
- Are organised and reliable
- Learn quickly and apply feedback
- Take ownership of your numbers
- Don’t need to be constantly pushed

Solar experience is helpful but not essential.

We can teach you solar.

Phone confidence and a desire to perform are non-negotiable.
