Wide Bay Crane Hire is seeking experienced Dogmen/Riggers to join our team on a casual basis in Hervey Bay and Bundaberg. As a Dogman/Rigger, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the secure and efficient operation of our cranes on construction sites. This is a hands‑on position that requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to workplace safety.

What you’ll be doing

- Rigging and slinging loads for crane operations
- Performing pre-operational checks on lifting equipment
- Communicating with crane operators to ensure safe and coordinated crane movements
- Adhering to all relevant safety procedures and regulations

What we’re looking for

- Experience as a Dogman/Rigger in the construction industry
- Proven ability to work safely and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities




- Ability to work at heights and in physically demanding conditions
- Current high-risk work licence (DG/RB) and relevant qualifications
- HR Licence Preferable - Not required
