We’re looking for a confident, creative and organised Luxury Sales, Brand & Content Assistant to join our growing luxury consignment boutique.

This is a hands-on role combining customer service, sales, content creation and day-to-day operational support. You’ll help showcase our latest luxury arrivals, build relationships with customers and create an exceptional experience from their first enquiry through to purchase and delivery.

This is not solely a content role. A key part of the position is engaging with customers, understanding what they are looking for and confidently turning enquiries into sales.

About the Role

You’ll play an important role in representing our brand and driving the growth of the business.

You’ll work directly with customers in the showroom and across our online channels, helping them find the right pieces, answering product questions and providing the level of personal service expected from a luxury brand.

Alongside sales and customer service, you’ll create engaging social media content, photograph new arrivals and assist with showroom presentation, inventory and order fulfilment.

You’ll thrive in this role if you enjoy wearing multiple hats, have a strong eye for detail and love working in a fast-paced environment where every day is different.

As a small and growing business, you’ll work closely with the founders and have the prospect to contribute ideas, make a genuine impact and grow alongside the business.

Your Responsibilities

Sales and Customer Experience

- Welcome customers into the showroom and provide a warm, personalised luxury shopping experience
- Understand each customer’s needs, preferences and budget to recommend suitable products
- Confidently present and sell luxury handbags, accessories and fashion pieces
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries across Instagram, phone,



email and other sales channels
- Follow up customer enquiries and actively work to convert interest into sales
- Build lasting customer relationships and encourage repeat business
- Develop strong product knowledge across designer brands, styles, materials, condition and pricing
- Support the team in achieving individual and business sales targets
- Ensure every customer receives an exceptional experience from initial enquiry through to purchase, dispatch and after-sales service

Brand and Content

- Create engaging Instagram Stories showcasing our latest luxury arrivals using a daily product schedule
- Style, model and photograph recent arrivals for social media content
- Be comfortable appearing on camera and presenting products confidently
- Capture clean, high-quality website imagery for all new arrivals
- Contribute ideas for social media campaigns, product features and customer engagement
- Ensure all content reflects the premium presentation and personality of the brand

Showroom and Operations

- Merchandise and maintain the presentation of the showroom and stock
- Assist with regular stocktakes and inventory management
- Pack customer orders with care and attention to detail
- Manage daily dispatch and ensure orders are shipped accurately and on time
- Help maintain a premium customer experience across every touchpoint
- Support the founders and wider team wherever needed

About You

We’re looking for someone who:

- Has a genuine passion for luxury fashion and designer brands
- Enjoys working with customers and is confident starting conversations,



recommending products and asking for the sale
- Understands that exceptional service and strong sales performance go hand in hand
- Is comfortable working towards sales targets and taking ownership of customer follow-up
- Can communicate warmly and professionally in person, over the phone and through social media
- Is confident creating engaging content for Instagram
- Is comfortable appearing on camera and modelling luxury handbags, accessories and fashion items
- Has a strong eye for styling, detail and visual presentation
- Is organised, proactive and able to manage multiple responsibilities
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys variety in their day
- Takes pride in delivering an exceptional customer experience
- Has a positive attitude, takes initiative and enjoys being part of a close-knit team
- Is willing to roll up their sleeves and help wherever needed

Previous experience in luxury retail, fashion, sales, customer service, social media or content creation will be highly regarded.
