An opportunity is available for an experienced Senior Project Manager to join a major enterprise undergoing significant investment and transformation.

Working within a customer and stakeholder-focused technology portfolio, you will lead multiple concurrent projects across core business systems, digital platforms, integrations and operational technology solutions.

The portfolio includes initiatives relating to CRM, customer billing, outage communications, external websites, contract management, geospatial systems, AI-enabled sales tools and the ongoing enhancement of established business platforms.

This is not a specialist Salesforce position. The organisation is looking for a strong, well-rounded Project Manager who can create structure, manage competing priorities and take accountability for delivery across a varied portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead multiple technology-enabled business projects from initiation through to delivery
- Develop and manage project scope, plans, budgets, risks, dependencies and resources
- Work closely with business stakeholders, technology teams, vendors and functional specialists
- Establish transparent governance, reporting and delivery discipline
- Manage projects ranging from approximately $250,000 to $1.5 million
- Prioritise and coordinate continuous improvement and enhancement backlogs
- Identify delivery risks early and take practical action to maintain momentum
- Support and guide other members of the portfolio delivery team
- Provide trusted advice to senior stakeholders on delivery priorities and sequencing





About You

You will be an experienced Project Manager with a strong record of delivering technology solutions in complex organisations.

You will bring:

- Broad end-to-end project management experience
- Proven delivery across business systems, digital platforms or enterprise applications
- The ability to manage several projects and workstreams concurrently
- Strong financial, governance, risk and resource management capability
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and influencing skills
- A practical, proactive and accountable delivery style
- The confidence to work independently and make sound decisions
- Experience working with technical specialists without needing to be the technical expert
- The ability to create structure in environments where scope and priorities continue to evolve

Salesforce delivery experience would be advantageous but is not essential. Experience within utilities, infrastructure or another regulated industry would also be valuable but is not required.

The Opportunity

This is a permanent role offering significant visibility across the organisation and the opportunity to become a trusted senior member of the portfolio leadership team.

The successful candidate will join an experienced and approachable leader who values sound judgement, practical delivery and people who can take ownership and get things done.

The package is expected to be approximately $200,000 inclusive of superannuation, with some flexibility, plus a 10% short-term incentive.
