About the Role

We are seeking aBranch Managerbased out of ourBrisbane AirportBranch to join our team on a full-time basis. Reporting to the Regional Operations Manager SQLD.

As the Branch Manager you will be vital to the leadership and success of the company. You will lead daily operations, drive business performance, and ensure exceptional customer service. You will be responsible for achieving branch targets, leading and developing your team, managing key customer and supplier relationships, and improving branch operational efficiency and profitability. Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Manage branch performance, budgets, and continuous business improvement
- Lead employee recruitment, onboarding, training, development, and performance management
- Oversee customer service excellence and achievement of branch targets and deliverables
- Maximise fleet utilisation and manage the branch vehicle fleet
- Drive local business development, marketing, and growth initiatives
- Monitor and control branch expenditure and operational efficiency
- Experience in business development and local area marketing

About You

Our ideal candidate will be flexible, able to work outside of core business hours if required. You may also be required to travel outside of your branch to support the business. You will have the following skills and attributes:

- Demonstrated ability and experience in a leadership position in the retail or car rental industry
- A full and clean driver’s licence
- Strong customer experience focus with passion for delivering exceptional service
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to adapt to different situations and people
- Highly organised, with excellent time management and problem-solving abilities
- Self-motivated, proactive and able to prioritise effectively in a fast-paced workplace

A valid Driver's Licence is required for this role. The successful applicant must also be able to provide a current Traffic History Report prior to commencement.
