About the Role

As the Business Development Manager, you will focus on developing and strengthening relationships with architects, building designers and key industry stakeholders, positioning the business as the preferred surveying partner across Canberra. You will work closely with leadership and operations teams to drive growth opportunities and promote a market-leading service offering backed by innovative technology, highly competitive pricing and industry-leading turnaround times.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new business opportunities through proactive outbound and inbound sales strategies
- Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, building designers and industry professionals
- Present the company’s service offering and value proposition to prospective clients
- Identify market opportunities and provide feedback to leadership
- Represent the business at networking events, expos and industry functions
- Collaborate with internal marketing and operational teams to support client outcomes

About You

The ideal candidate will already have exposure to the architecture, surveying,



design or construction sectors and understand the Canberra market.

This role could suit:

- A Business Development Manager with experience selling into the construction or design industry
- An Architect or Building Designer looking to transition into a relationship-focused commercial role
