The Opportunity

We are looking for an organised and self-motivated Compliance Administrator's who will be foremost working together with our Safety team. The main responsibilities will be providing administrative support in the form of liaising with other internal teams to ensure compliance objectives are met and organising training and inductions for our staff to ensure they meet the requirements of our customer. This critical role within our business ensures a smooth-running of our daily operation and contribute to meeting our compliance objectives.

What We Are Looking For

- Assist in maintaining online systems & client platforms (eg. Hammertech, Rapid, Simpel, Beakon, 3DSafety, Rail / R.I.W.)
- Assist with booking staff inductions, medical screening, refresher training,



and upskilling initiatives
- Assist maintaining PPE supply and office stock levels in depot
- Support internal teams as required
- Conduct clerical duties, including filing, answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing documents.
- Maintain high standards of communication across all departments and sites.

Skills and Qualifications

- Experience in maintaining employee & fleet records within company system
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word and Outlook
- Sound data entry skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritise projects
- Customer service oriented
- Ability to liaise with clients in a professional manner
- Valuable organisational, computer and communication skills
- Strong work ethic with the ability to work as part of a team
- Reliability and flexibility
