Interior Designer – Design Specifications & Selections

We’re looking for a detail‑driven Interior Designer to join our team and help bring bespoke tiny homes to life. In this role,



you’ll work closely with clients to develop tailored design specifications, manage multiple projects, and ensure every home is delivered with exceptional quality and style.

Key Responsibilities

- Collaborate with clients to create personalised design specifications for custom tiny homes, ensuring each design reflects their lifestyle and preferences.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, maintaining accuracy, timelines, and transparent communication throughout the process.
- Provide interior design expertise to elevate the aesthetic, functionality, and overall experience of each home.
- Coordinate material selections, place orders, and track deliveries to meet project deadlines.
- Continuously refine and improve internal design systems and processes for greater efficiency and consistency.
- Oversee construction progress to ensure alignment with approved design specifications, working closely with trades and the build team to resolve issues and uphold quality standards.

Desired Skills & Experience

- Qualification in Interior Design
- Proficiency in Revit
- Experience liaising with tradespeople and working within a construction‑focused environment
