The Role

As a Portfolio Lead Trainer, you'll partner with Operations Managers, Area Managers, and Restaurant Managers across your portfolio to build confident, capable teams. You'll coach, train, and certify Mixers and Supervisors in person, ensuring every crew member has the skills and knowledge necessary to deliver the FISHBOWL experience. You'll also identify training opportunities, track certification progress, and work closely with Restaurant Managers to continuously lift capability across their teams.

Key Responsibilities

Reporting To The Training And Communications Coordinator, You'll Work Alongside Restaurant Leaders To Build Confident, Capable Teams. You'll Spend Time In Restaurants Coaching Mixers, Supporting Restaurant Managers, And Driving Consistent Training Standards To Ensure Every Crew Member Is Confident, Certified, And Ready To Deliver The FISHBOWL Experience. You'll Be Expected To

- Coach, assess, and certify Mixers across your portfolio through in-person training
- Partner with Restaurant Managers to identify training opportunities and lift team capability
- Track certification progress and report on trends, knowledge gaps, and training outcomes
- Ensure all Mixers are confident in FISHBOWL's operational standards, food safety,

- Provide practical coaching and feedback that supports team growth and development
- Champion a culture of learning by role modelling FISHBOWL's values and training standards
- Support the ongoing development, maintenance, and improvement of This School content where required.

The Interview Process

Here's what you can expect during our recruitment process:

- Initial pre-screen call with our Recruitment team (20 min)
- Case study with the Hiring Manager and/or an Operations senior leader - present a case study, which will be provided to you in advance. This exercises is designed to test your thinking so we can understand your approaches to structuring work; it's not designed to be an exhaustive piece of work (virtual, 45 min)
- Reference checks and move to offer.
