About the Role: This role owns full lifecycle management of strategic enterprise accounts, driving account retention and revenue expansion. You will partner cross-functionally with sales teams to design and execute targeted growth strategies.

Responsibilities:

- Own the full portfolio of key enterprise accounts, covering all commercial activities including upsell opportunities and customer retention management.
- Drive account retention and revenue expansion, delivering quarterly revenue targets and improving net retention rate across your assigned account book.
- Build and sustain long-term strategic partnerships with senior stakeholders at key accounts.
- Collaborate closely with the Channel Sales team to formulate targeted sales strategies and executable account growth plans.




- Own the full end-to-end sales cycle, from outbound lead development through successful deal closure.
- Serve as the primary subject-matter expert for Yealink's product portfolio with key clients, acting as their trusted strategic business advisor.

Qualifications:

- Minimum 8 years of relevant professional experience within the UC/AV industry.
- Proven track record of presenting proposals and engaging with senior executives and C-level stakeholders across large organizations.
- In-depth market and product knowledge of the unified communications industry.
- Hands-on experience managing enterprise-level clients with headcount exceeding 1,000 employees.
