Job Title: GRC Analyst / GRC Consultant (Service Now GRC) Key Responsibilities:

- Design, configure, and maintain Service Now IRM/GRC modules, including Risk Management, Policy & Compliance, and Audit Management, to support enterprise governance and compliance initiatives.
- Translate regulatory and compliance requirements (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST, SOX, GDPR) into technical workflows, automated controls, and risk management solutions.
- Build executive dashboards, KPIs, and reports to provide real-time visibility into organizational risk, compliance, and audit status.
- Collaborate with IT, Cybersecurity, Risk, Audit, and Business stakeholders to support risk assessments, control testing, audit readiness, and compliance activities.
- Support Service Now platform administration, upgrades, integrations, and alignment with CMDB/CSDM, ensuring platform performance, scalability, and best practices.

Key Skills:





- Solid hands-on experience with Service Now IRM/GRC, including Risk Management, Policy & Compliance, Audit Management, and related modules.
- Solid understanding of Cybersecurity Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) principles, enterprise risk management, and control frameworks.
- Knowledge of compliance standards and regulatory frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST, SOX, GDPR, and industry best practices.
- Experience in workflow automation, risk assessments, compliance reporting, dashboard creation, and audit support within Service Now.
- Excellent analytical, stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work across cross-functional teams.
