We are seeking a strategic, analytical, and results-driven Finance Manager to oversee financial planning, reporting, analysis, and business performance management. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring financial accuracy, improving financial processes, supporting strategic decision-making, and driving sustainable business growth.

This role is ideal for an experienced finance professional who combines strong technical accounting knowledge with commercial awareness and the ability to provide actionable insights to business leaders.

Key ResponsibilitiesFinancial Planning & Analysis

- Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis activities.
- Develop financial models and provide insights to support business decisions.
- Analyze revenue, costs, profitability, cash flow, and operational performance.
- Prepare management reports, financial dashboards, and business performance reviews.
- Identify financial trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
- Support strategic planning and long-term business growth initiatives.

Financial Reporting & Accounting Management

- Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting processes.
- Ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance of financial records.
- Review financial statements, management accounts, and accounting reports.
- Manage month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal policies.
- Coordinate with external auditors, tax advisors, and financial institutions when required.





Budget Control & Cost Management

- Monitor budgets, expenses, and financial performance against targets.
- Implement cost control strategies to improve operational efficiency.
- Analyze business expenses and recommend optimization opportunities.
- Support investment evaluations, business cases, and financial decision-making.
- Establish financial controls and improve internal processes.

Business Partnership & Team Leadership

- Partner with senior management and cross-functional teams to support business objectives.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to improve business performance.
- Lead and mentor finance team members to enhance capabilities and productivity.
- Improve finance systems, reporting processes, and operational workflows.
- Support business expansion, strategic projects, and corporate initiatives.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Professional qualifications such as ACCA, CPA, CFA, CIMA, or equivalent are preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in finance, accounting, financial planning & analysis (FP&A;), or related roles.
- Proven experience managing financial reporting, budgeting, and business analysis.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial controls, and compliance requirements.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving,



and decision-making skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling.
- Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Net Suite, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar platforms.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and lead finance initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
