We currently have an exciting chance for a Hosting Technology Manager to join our Digital Operations Management Team. This 12‑month fixed term contract can be based anywhere within our operational footprint.

As the Hosting Technology Manager, you will lead a team of technical specialists responsible for the maintenance, support and evolution of our cloud and hosting platforms. You will drive FinOps across the Digital Operations function, automation, improve service delivery, oversee the cloud strategy and champion emerging technologies that enable business outcomes across the organisation. You will also foster strong vendor relationships, and ensure our hosting environments remain secure, scalable and fit for the future.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead a team responsible for cloud and data centre infrastructure and business‑critical services
- Provide visibility of technology costs and supporting financial accountability and optimisation strategies
- Drive cloud adoption, automation and continuous improvement initiatives
- Develop strategic partnerships with technology vendors and industry leaders
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects and business leaders to deliver technology outcomes
- Extensive experience in a hosting, cloud infrastructure or enterprise technology environment
- Proven leadership experience managing technical teams and large‑scale technology solutions
- Experience working within Agile delivery environments and leading dispersed teams
- Strong stakeholder management, influencing and vendor relationship skills
- A degree in Computer Science,



Information Technology or a related discipline, or equivalent experience
- Bachelor of Computer Science or Computing Technology or demonstrated capability through past employment experience and/or relevant qualifications
- FinOps Certifications

To be successful in this role, you will have:
